This HP BladeSystem 453151-B21 compatible SFP transceiver is designed for 1000BASE-SX Gigabit Ethernet and 1G Fibre Channel application. It fully complies with the Multi-Sourcing Agreement (MSA) and can be used on MSA compliant networking equipment. This module is tested to be compatible with HP equipment including Ethernet Switches, Ethernet Routers, Network Interface Cards (NICs) and Media Converters. It performs identical and equivalent to HP BladeSystem c-Class Virtual Connect 1G SFP SX Transceiver but with much lower price, which provides a reliable compatible fiber connectivity solution for system integrator and distributors in network infrastructure and fiber cabling.
