To be fair, they informed me ahead of time there would be a delay due to the credit check. Maybe if Id ordered during the week, Id have gotten the 2 day delivery? At any rate, the whole experience was quite professional. I got exactly what I ordered in brand-new condition (some places just send you someones return) with all the documentation and goofy labels IBM thinks you want to have. FED-Ex was used (not my favorite, because they sometimes require a signature). But in this case, everything went smoothly. I like to call new on-line stores that Im ordering from before placing the order if I can, to check out their customer service. It gives me some idea of what I can expect if I have problems with the item. I received an e-mail confirmation after I placed my order with a link to their site showing my order. I checked back after a couple of days to see the status, as I hadnt received a shipping confirmation. The status said Ordered but there was no tracking information. Just as I was going to call them to see if it had shipped (the guy said it would ship the same day when I called in before placing the order), it arrived at my office! I was pleasantly surprised as I hadnt expected it for a day or two more. So, the only reason I didnt rate them Excellent on the Customer Service was because I didnt receive nor was I able to access any shipping information on the item. Otherwise, it was a great shopping experience. Oh, yeah, and the item was on sale for ~$150 off!
